The celebrity residents of Summerlin range from Agassi to Zadora and include the famous and the infamous: David Copperfield, O.J. Simpson, Penn Jillette.

According to redfin.com, the median home price in Summerlin was $736,000 as of April 2022, up from $555,000 in April 2021 and $380,000 in April of 2019.
